Individuals experiencing homelessness are among the most vulnerable groups in this pandemic. Covid-19 is simply one more on a growing list of problems homeless individuals face, which include chronic diseases, lack of sanitation, malnutrition, etc. Self-quarantining and social distancing are luxuries those in extreme poverty cannot afford. With the current shortage of supplies, they need help now more than ever.

Here at Mustard Seed Project, we believe that no matter how small an action, any act of kindness makes a big difference for those in need. We have compiled a list of shelters and resources in the areas of Riverside and San Diego. Please use them to your benefit as well as distribute them to others.
